Let’s Get Started
Complete a brief intake form to share your goals and indicate which service you’re interested in: Psychotherapy, ADHD assessment, or both. Your first session is a paid appointment with no obligation to continue. Healthcare organizations interested in ADHD Training for Primary Care Teams can use the same form to ask about availability and pricing.
Note: All onboarding procedures are conducted via a fully encrypted, HIPAA-compliant patient portal ensuring clinical privacy.
