Choosing a therapist is an important decision. While many providers offer psychotherapy, psychologists receive extensive doctoral-level training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emotional and behavioral concerns.

My practice is intentionally focused on adults navigating demanding careers, significant life transitions, anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, and complex interpersonal challenges. Before opening Solas Psychology, I served as a Navy psychologist, leading behavioral health clinics, supporting military operational commands, and providing consultation to leaders in high-responsibility environments. Those experiences continue to shape my work with professionals who are accustomed to carrying significant responsibility while often putting their own well-being last.

Therapy is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Rather than simply providing a space to talk, we work together to better understand the patterns maintaining your difficulties, develop effective strategies for change, and build skills that remain useful long after therapy has ended.
