This flat fee package includes:
- In-depth interview and history
- Objective ADHD testing with QbCheck, a FDA and MDR-cleared ADHD diagnosis and treatment tool
- Subjective and collateral measures
- Differential diagnosis screeners
- Clear, clinically useful written report
- Documentation appropriate for workplace or academic accommodations (as needed and clinically indicated)
- Feedback session with recommendations
- One follow-up administration, interpretation, and report of QbCheck approximately 3-6 months after treatment initiation. This provides helpful information to your therapist or prescriber about symptom response to treatment interventions.
