Initial Appointments

To ensure that your time and care are handled thoughtfully, new clients are invited to schedule an initial appointment. Whether you are seeking therapy, diagnostic assessment, or coaching, this first session is used to gather relevant background information, clarify your goals and concerns, and determine whether the services we provide are an appropriate fit for your needs.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

At our practice, your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide quality care to all clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Important Details:
  • 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a being charged for the appointment
  • Weekend hours are not included in the 48-hour notice period.

For example:

  • A Monday 10:00 AM appointment must be cancelled by the previous Thursday at 10:00 AM.
  • A Friday 10:00 AM appointment must be cancelled by the preceding Wednesday at 10:00 AM.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be considered a no-show and subject to the full session fee. Sessions that begin late will typically still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
